My Journey

Like many of us, growing up brought all kinds of challenges that propelled me onto a path of personal growth.

Faced with exclusion and bigotry at a young age I always experienced myself as an outsider. Deeply distressed by the divisions and unfairness in our world, I wanted to make a difference and found myself reflecting on the meaning and purpose of my life. My life experience helped me to appreciate differences and to advocate for those who had no voice. Led by a hunger to learn more about the inner workings of my own experiences and the experiences of others, psychology was a natural fit. At the age of 20 I ended up in Zurich, Switzerland and was part of the original group learning from and supporting Dr. Arnold Mindell in his discovery of Process Work.

Learning has defined my life path and it is this spirit that defines my work in the world.

I have been profoundly shaped by motherhood, not only as a personal journey, but in the sense of responding to the larger call to nurture, uplift, and facilitate all human experience. To this end, I created Teens Rise Up, a leadership program that brings together a diversity of youth from all walks of life. Together we create community by meeting challenges and celebrating our differences.

My facilitation work with groups and my work with leaders from all industries stems from my passion to create meaningful change to support sustainable and enriching work environments. I am led by my own undying sense of purpose imprinted upon me in my earliest years.
